i still wish Katie Holmes had stayed on board as Rachel Dawes for the Dark Knight; it was like the time spent getting familiar with her character in Batman Begins was wasted...

Nice shirt! I've decided I need to get more comics-related shirts like that. I'm not flying my comic-geek flag high enough.

(A guy I work with has that "bacon is a vegetable" on a t-shirt.)

Also, nice facial hair! I'm pretty sure that's the fullest I've ever seen a goatee on you. Lookin' sharp, bro!

I've seen a ton of posts on a lot of different bulletin boards. Thankfully not that many, but sadly more than one post started off by saying, "I never really cared for his work, but..." (To be fair, I didn't see a single post that managed to work in "even though he would never draw feet...")

Turner died after a lengthy battle with cancer. He may very well have lived the last seven or eight years of his life with some tiny part of his brain concerned for your personal opinion of his work. But I haven't.

Believe it or not, folks, it's possible to send your sympathy to his friends, family, and fans without somehow cheapening it with One Last Critique.

Okay, as a journalist, I submit the following:

"Say, Chief! How 'bout a raise?"
"You stupid bastard ass! You should have gone to trade school!"

I hope I'm allowed to cuss over here. They don't let me drop bastard asses on my company blog.
